Yo Matt.........US Airways....... Im on the flight to Philadelphia flyin out of Cleveland....... Matt I think we are gonna have to avoid US Airways bro.... they are getting really heavy about bags.... its nuts..... 3 bags in the hold on a small flight $140 extra charge....... then I had a mega bust up over my cameras...... the air hostess said they had to go in the hold so I said I had to get off if they were going in the hold...... cos they can\'t go in the hold....... she said no no only the bag can\'t stay in the cabin...... like she thought i didn\'t understand the system...... er...... so I then have to explain..... look you say the camera bag cannot travel in the cabin....... Then I am getting off....... the cameras and me in the cabin or neither the bag or myself will be flying on this plane....... and while you are at it ....... if I have to get off.......... I want my other three bags out of the hold....... because it becomes clear I am in deadly earnest...... she cracks and lets me keep my bag....... Its a small plane...... the cameras go under the seat......nobody else on the flight has a single piece of hand baggage other than a purse......... Im the only seriously bolshie git...... loads of business guys start going on about getting their computer bags back when they see the success of my high pressure tactics...... we have got to stick to Delta........ cos Im a medallion frequent flyer type I get 3 free bags in the hold and i\'ve had no problems with the camera bag. I\'ve had a rerun of this no camera bag with US Airways before and its two bucks for water.......

I wrote this to Matt on the plane on Friday night...... after a big old hassle getting my camera bag on as hand luggage........ but I never did send it to him. So Im mentioning it now Matt..... :-)

Tonight (Sunday) it was an exact rerun...... Im on US Airways flight this time goin to Charleston from DC $146-00 charge for bags ..... and there is a ton of hassle about the camera bag....... the girl is a lot nicer but its the same stuff....... in the end all is cool...... but I needed to be extremely boshie....... its a right drag......

I shot this in Cleveland on Friday in the only 30 second period that I was not shooting images for the comissioning client....... this power plant is right next door to the hospital that is helping the woman attacked by the chimpanzee....... the Cleveland clinic has done one experimental face graft before maybe this power plant will supply the electricity for their second.......
