I was waiting a good couple of years to see a winter storm in NYC so I was out there when the first snow began to fall at 2AM......... I was like the kids in the public schools in NYC....... First Snow Day for 5 years....... Yeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh !!
