Gordon Brown the British PM was here today in DC at the Congress Chamber on the Hill......... I saw this looking down to the floor from a press gallery............ Gordon Brown as rock star.........er...... something you thought you would never see......... he was obviously happy and relaxed having made a reasonable speech...........people thronged merrily around him....... he signed scores of copies of the speech for Senators, Congressmen and assorted children and fans on his way out............
