New York City in Summer ........ anonymous generics of the city in the summer heat ........ that was the brief........ this is part of a whole set made showing almost no-one or anywhere specific but implied both people and city in the summer heat...... none of it was set-up...... all just made of real life situations in NYC like this image made in the West Village...... I can remember standing in the heat waiting for people to pass cleanly as it were....... so that their shadows were clear of each other...... it was just so hot........ finally this group with the girl made it for me.
