Yellow Ribbon........ Normally put out in the expectation that a loved one will return home soon........... This ribbon of yellow plastic with its black writing is a symbol that a loved one will never return........ The yellow crime scene marker tape........ the stuff of CSI movies...... and also the stuff of reality............ and without doubt the stuff of nightmares........

Marisol Caceras a 12 year old girl was found dead yesterday by one of her parents as they returned from work. Police sealed off her apartment and the block around it. They put up miles of yellow tape.
