This is just for clarity..... and in the interests of full disclosure...... the last one was shot like this too..... I was in the car........ it was fine to pretend........right up until Candice starts praising my commitment... as if I was out there running in the snow and ice with that woman runner of yesterday...... er...... I hardly got out of the car ... come on it was seriously mega cold and wet!!!!!!!!! hehehe
