It was a pretty grim day today in DC...... The snow has finished falling minutes ago...... now its horrible freezing rain...... it was just completely terrible out there.... then I see this runner.....er.... maybe its the location.... you feel you have to display grim determination....... you know absolutely no wavering...... when running past the Washington Monument?
