North Carolina has voted to ban any kind of gay marriage or indeed civil union....... the Democrats must be asking themselves why they are having their convention in Charlotte this year? ........ Especially after President Obama has just come out in favour of gay marriage ......... I shot this picture above last time I was in North Carolina ........ this is for most a representation of the last hours on earth of Jesus Christ the Son of God ........ without challenging this view in anyway but approached slightly differently this also shows ........... the cruciifixtion of a man whoose life and beliefs and actions and example where so alien to the norm at the time that it was deemed necessary by those in power to have him killed. I am always against discrimination and hatred ........ I am against intolerance of others just because they are different.
