A report out today claims the police have given up on fighting anti social behaviour in the streets of Britain............. The government are going to get rid of ASBO's Anti Social Behaviour Orders........ The last governments new legislation to try and address the problem of grim behaviour that has apparently failed ................

When I am in Britain I am always shocked by how much we Brits all drink........ and that in my opinion really is a driver of anti-social behaviour........... I've no suggestions of how those problems could be addressed........ I'm just glad I'm not a cop............
