The vibe over in Brooklyn was great.......... it was a hot relaxed day......... I just caught the end of todays massive 'free gig block party' led by Spike Lee with a pile of performers to celebrate Michael Jackson's birthday.......... its the second big birthday bash to celebrate Michael Jackson that has been put on over in Brooklyn since he died in 2008........... the crowd seemed to rise to Jackson tracks like...... 'Change' :

I'm Starting With The Man In The Mirror I'm Asking Him To Change His Ways And No Message Could Have Been Any Clearer If You Wanna Make The World A Better Place (If You Wanna Make The World A Better Place) Take A Look At Yourself, And Then Make A Change

........... Michael Jackson still touched them through his music.......... this it seemed to me was the kind of celebration of his life and music that Michael Jackson himself would have loved to see.
