I have for one reason or another crossed the Bay Bridge about 10 times in 5 days....... again I crossed it twice today.......... to and from DC........ its all been going fine until today...... and then the inevitable jam...... weirdly I had shut my gear in the trunk...... and i didn't run and grab it while stopped...... I should have really its a mighty structure ....... but there is something about the Bay Bridge that demands respect...... I might be way more terrified of snakes but I am better at heights than Matt....... Matt likes to drive the Bay Bridge in the dark so you cannot see how far down it is......... even so for me there is something about the Bay Bridge...... its best not to attempt to drive and shoot on the mega high up mega long.... kinda skinny feeling mega mega Bay Bridge......... one of these days I will shoot it stop at the end and look back maybe ....... but again today I did not shoot even when stuck in a jam ..........

So I was thinking about other bridges I've shot recently........ Here agin are some of the bridges that make Pittsburgh a 'City of Bridges'...... this is proof to a friend of mine that I still have the Pittsburgh pics on me....... Eventually when I stop zapping about I will send u your pics M hehehe ....... But first off to Santiago then back to the big ATL to hang with Matt....... I think there will be time and kit enough to generate all the pics I owe to friends when I finally get to Atlanta cos the promised but non arriving pix are piling up to be done .......... :-))

PS............ Amazing storm off over the Bay at midnight........ I guess its coming here..... but right now we have no rain.

PPS.......... This shot above...... it almost works....... but has issues....... hehehe....... The bridges interfere with each other...... The final bridge isn't really clear against the backdrop...... The tiny people are too central without being properly central........ They could do with being over to one side. The boats interfere with the bridge....... There are too many points of interest all happening at once ...... and somehow you cant get them to go into the grid of the bridges properly....... You have the sunset......... and the people........ it sort of works...... but......... how do you think this composition could be improved?
