I was too depressed to do much in the morning after England lost 4 : 1 to Germany ....... England should have been 2 : 2 at half time but a goal they had clearly scored was disallowed........ yeah it was depressing....... in the end I walked up to B&H to get a couple of bits of gear I need for a shoot I have down in New Orleans ............

And late in the afternoon as it cooled down just a little I drifted on down to Christopher Street to take a peek at the end of the Gay Pride Parade........ its a fun event that goes on all afternoon...... but I was there just at the end as the whole thing disapated...... it was still interesting to see thousands of crazy costumes and over the top messing about.......

Also just to watch all the people hanging out in the burning hot city......... some people have just come to party and hang ........ and be in support of the Gay Pride event...... this girl seemed to be....... er well....... er....... just not that gay......... chatting to the guy on the left ......... but hey I'm always wrong about these things......... :-)) .........my gaydar is notoriously rubbish.......... hehehehe................ anyway what does it matter in this context :-)) ......... I just like this image as a street photo not really a Gay Pride picture........ hehehehe :-))
