Israel is certainly getting the cold shoulder....... the US political establishment have been insulted by the continual announcement of new Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem, even as talks are about to begin.

Amazingly no TV film, press photographs or even press announcements listing details, of Binyamin Netanyahu's visit to The White House have been shown. Binyamin Netanyahu Israel's Prime Minister has apparently met President Obama........ but you almost would not know.......... its true settlements are a blockage to any land for peace deal .......... This US administration does seem to want to stop the building and the movement of settlers into what is regarded by the international community as Arab East Jerusalem.

I shot this back in the day from a coffee shop at the Jaffa Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem in the East of the modern city. It shows an orthodox Jew probably on the way to the Western Wall the most holy place in Judaism that actually forms part of the foundation to the Alaqsa Mosque the third most holy place in Islam.......

The zoning of Jerusalem....... well it is tricky.......
