For a minute it looked like I woz supposed to be back in NYC Sunday to shoot in North Carolina today Monday. I started to run about but with 4 mins left to book the flights ......... it was decided I should stand down....... in the end it was better for me to stay put and shoot here in London today ....... so i never did get to fly back to New York and ride in a yellow cab from JFK into town on Sunday night and back again on Monday morning........

Here is an image I shot heading to JFK from Manhattan in January earlier this year.......... but it looks more like July........... :-)) ........ it looks great....... I guess I must be missing the green, green grass of home...... er...... well the yellow, yellow cabs and the blue sky of NYC at least.

PS ....... Its not like I don't miss England sometimes........ When I am back in NYC of course I could be missing the green green grass of Britain........ er........ more like the brown brown mud of home judging by Hampstead Heath yesterday :-)))) :-))))

PPS .... Looking at my boots...... I am ever so slightly starting to see why me old South African mate Paul Close always rather ungenerously refers to Britain as 'Mud Island'.
