Well it was all goin too well ........ you know I think it was when I was expressing deep love for everything Delta.......... I kind of had this feeling that something bad would happen....... kind of poetic justice for being too fat and happy...... well it happened..... I got off the plane rolled back to the office in NYC...... I look in the camera bag....... er....... wheres the computer........ yeah I left it in the seat pocket on the plane....... er...... yeah ....... that'll do it ....... the end of feeling fat and happy....... the beginning of feeling skinny poor and depressed........ I tried to ring the Delta lost property department but they did'nt answer for 30 mins then put me on hold for 45 mins........they never did pick back up....... in the end I gave up on that and went back to the airport......... pretty depressing I can tell you....... lost property did make a few phone calls to see if anyone had it...... the cleaning crews or what have you..... but apparently not....... Delta don't even give you a case number in a situation where its not checked baggage....... the likelihood of getting it back appears to be around zilch.......OK....... so much for the 17 inch Mac Book Pro........ oh well............ this image I above I made on the return to Newark Airport.......... its the monument to to being fat and complacent ....... yeah I'll have to sit at the back and generally be less happy............ to stop these kind of poetic justice things happening....... and to make up the cost of replacing it........ depressing........... hehehe......... :-/

On a more upbeat note...... before I realized I had lost the computer I met Zack Arias fellow photographer and blogger....... quite by chance I just saw him at Newark Airport....... and recognized him......... even though I have never met him before ....... I recognized him from his blog image....... hehehe........ he is a fine bloke........ you probably already know him cos his blog is mega established and highly respected ........ but if not you can find him here......... www.zarias.com ...... It was nice to meet him.......... certainly the highlight of the trips to Newark Airport...... hehehe....... I made a little video of us...... I'll put it up as soon as I have a computer.......
