OK OK ......... the first competition I did was too easy this one is too hard........ Matt did not know what or where it was and he was there when I shot it........ hehehehe............ OK so now you see with this wider version......... its part of an industrial process........

This is the competition pic...... the question is what are you seeing and where is the location ?

1......Thanks for having a guess Cory...... sadly not that accurate....it's not DC......... heres a clue for you...... it's not a political building of significance...... but this image is vaguely associated with a publication of some significance........?
