Car companies worldwide are hurting but none as bad a the Detroit Big 3........ today their CEO\'s were back in DC cap in hand at Congress requesting billions in bailout money.........

In Europe harsher environmental resrictions on cars produced there were passed today........ but they were given 6 years to comply....... longer than had first been proposed for compliance....... in recognition that European car companies are not excactly swimming in cash either.
