Well.... its 60 years to the day of the founding of the modern State of Israel........ an amazing liberating incredible thing for Jews especially those escaping post war Europe and the Holocaust..... coming together looking for safety and hope in the return to their sacred homeland of old......... and simultaneously the beginning of a total disaster and a slide into hopelessness for the Palestinian Arabs.
