I was down in the subway under Times Square again today and I saw again that slightly grubby fire and brimstone type of camping table bookstore - that is always, always down there.

This picture makes me smile. All the dire predictions of the fire and damnation sections of the bible are deployed in a hundred yard line both sides of the walkway........ in what appears to me.. a slightly lame attempt to scare people and get them to part with their cash at the camping table......... but no one is stopping .......... they appear to be passing these dire warning with no thought of them at all.
