This is a place on 9th Av where a guy is selling real Christmas trees from a small caravan thing on the back of a pick-up truck, 24 hours a day for the month of December...........The twenty foot Santa on top of the caravan makes his roadside temporary operation a bit more visible...... There are taxis parked here not because the drivers want Xmas trees but because they all seem to love the close-by Gujarati Deli.

So it was almost 5PM on Saturday night when I decided to zap out of DC and make a dash back down to NYC..... for the storm......... I got here just after 9PM......... picked up Ed's taxi at 11-00PM........ it was sort of wet snowy sleet by midnight..... in fact it was never crisp white snow......... anyway then I spent the whole night cruising and shooting..... er ?...... yeh........ yeah I know.... I know........ I've lost it.

Cheers Jez XX
