Its coming up towards Halloween....... and the beast cabs are out on the slightly meaner looking streets of the big city.......... Autumn/ Fall is finally really starting to happen........ the steam is rising in earnest from the bizarre hot air and steam system under the roadways and pavements.......... Winter is coming.... the endless hot weather is really starting to fail ......... the city keeps on rolling.
