More of the life and times of 23rd St (at 8th Av). Its raining and a iconic figure of NYC culture is passing......... a guy with a guitar......

I ended up speaking to him later....... he was a great bloke...... I gave him one of my cards and got this back by email :

Hey Jez,

 i checked out some of your photos...and they were pretty impressive...it must be an interesting life...being a photojournalist...a  photographer...observing the world...it's cool...

anyway...let me know if you got any good pictures of me...i'd love to see them or get a copy...if your around i'll be playing a gig on sept. 7th at 9pm at the living room...that's a friday...then i play farm aid on sunday at randalls island...i have the details on myspace...you can hear some of my music there if your interested....

oh that chinese place on 8th was pretty good...i want to go back...
