The President declared that all the flags across the USA should fly at half mast to honor and mourn the dead of this tragic shooting incident at Virginia Tech. I even saw the embassies of foreign countries in Washington DC flying their color's at half mast. This is the flag outside the administration office next door to the scene of the shooting the closest to the terrible scene not a a hundred feet away, its flying at half mast seemed especially poignant.
