I was down under the thundering roads....... darkness was coming........ and then they locked the door to the construction site and went home....... locking me in........ by the time i worked out how to get out of there, I had walked a mile in a circle..... it was really pretty dark ........ I found the marker stone that shows the spot where a policeman died in the line of duty down by the canal .......... he was stabbed through the heart as he bravely attempted to arrest a man who had used a knife in a robbery.......... With that in mind........ I walked through the long canal tunnels in almost total blackout conditions .......... I was glad to finally be out under the street lights.............
