Another night of sectarian rioting in Belfast 62 cops injured......... so depressing......... the police have been trying to keep battling mobs apart...... The tribal violence around Catholic or Protestant religious identity in Belfast makes me depressed and incredulous ........... it really is so totally disgusting and unnecessary........... political leaders of Loyalist and Republican groups have basically reached an accommodation with each other through the "peace process"....... sadly these incidents appear to be just sectarian hatred on the street .............. violence accompanying the sectarian parades through opposing parts of the city makes me always wonder why these Parades should ever be allowed to go ahead. I remember hearing an Orangeman asked why they marched.............. I wanted to know this too............. His answer : " Because we can ! "
