Today,I had only been on the ground for an hour or so landing in from Atlanta on the old red eye :-)) .......... but even so already I was being overdosed in British culture.......... hehehehe.......... This above scenario just struck me as quintessentially British............. People gathered around listening to the sound of the brass band in the sunshine on Hampstead Heath............ only interrupted very occasionally by the sound of the cricket bat on ball on bat..........
