I hate religious fundamentalists of every stripe but those that group together to commit violent acts under a name that means we reject education and modern reason........ they must be up there with the most vile of religious fundamentalists ...........

Boko Haram islamic fundamentalists in Nigeria attacked Christian Church services on Christmas day........ with their bombs killing and maiming scores of people.............. in numerous cities at the same time ............. pretty disgusting .......... and their name translates as "Western education is a sin"......... yeah.. they have to be up there with some of the most disgusting religious fundamentalists.........

I was in Nigeria a couple of weeks back....... I really feel for some of my new friends living in Abuja the Capital...... already battling against all sorts of physical and financial difficulties trying to realize dreams of digital success........ its already hard enough to survive and make things happen without religious fundamentalists literally attempting to kill people with their disgusting bombings ......... depressing...... depressing...... So sad for all the decent people of all the different communities in Nigeria to be facing this kind of religious inspired barbarism ........... disgusting and depressing..............

I shot this picture looking out from the car as I rolled in the early morning light out to the international airport in Lagos......... there is so much potential in Nigeria it's buzzing with the energy of all its people.... so much to overcome and yet such an optimistic place ........ I really hope disgusting religious zealots cannot destroy its potential along with the lives of the ordinary people they are already murdering .
