Well the 'Diner on the edge of America' stuff seems to have got off to a flying start.......... I think people taking part were suitably wowed by my madness......... when Im shooting I am obsessing about getting it right........ and trying to convey how that is done without appearing crazy........ er ....... well its tricky........ I always say photography is not really a job for a proper grown up...... luckily I don't really think of myself in the ranks of the properly grown up......... :-)) and when you are conveying how it was all done........ how you felt........ what was going on........ you are somewhat exposed as slightly nutty......... oh well people who read this blog will not be surprised by this......... :-))))))))) I did the presentation at the Chelsea art museum........ My fave bit of the presentation was running through some RAW stuff that I have shot......... obviously I had shown images that are mega representative of my best stuff......... but I thought that showing RAW unedited material might be more revealing of how I am approaching the people and the diners ....... I think it was revealing........and also slightly undermining no doubt hehehehe........... this picture was something I had not even marked previously that was in the RAW shoot stuff............ this was part of a section....... talking about how its possible to use the glass of the diners to look both in and out at the same time.......... then we all rolled round to my fave Diner ........ Always known to us Insight guys as the Insight Diner..... but more properly called the Chelsea Sq Diner.......... on 23rd and 9th...........

We will be there again tomorrow no doubt if you are dropping in for breakfast......... you could have a great picture made......... then pop along to the exhibition at the Chelsea Art Museum to see yourself next week :-))))))))))))))
