The Twin Cities are pretty hip......weirdly so.... when you think how cold it gets up there in winter.....its like the antithesis of LA......in the weather department at least......but still it's is a pretty hip place......I paid Minnesota a lightning visit this week....... I shot this at the amazingly trendy new Central Library ..... through a balcony wall of blue tinged glass that zaps it all up and gives a slight hint of rainbows.
