They are voting in Rwanda today......... the second election since the slaughter......... President Paul Kagame seems to have made it one of the success stories of Africa an amazing come back when you consider the circumstances ........ and yet sadly he appears to be sliding into the traditional repression of opposition that African regimes it kind of appears traditionally fall back on....... I guess that place needs stability really badly........ but its a shame if what appears now to be such a success story slides away to become serious repression........

I shot this during the tragic time of the genocide.
