Well it's all a bit of a disaster really! It looks like there are no hotel rooms available for Jez within a 100 mile radius of Grand Isle LA and he needs to be there to shoot at dawn. More importantly there are no available wifi networks for him to blog from... Slumming it and sleeping in the car are one thing, but no wifi... it's all a bit of a disaster :((((

So it's down to me to blog for him. I was going to say that the last time I was there with Jez it was all a bit of a disaster then as well, but I was actually there for a total of 10 hours last week on an emergency equipment mission, so that wouldn't quite be true :). I don't like to talk about it much, but I discovered that covering a disaster like Katrina or the oil spill often requires that you sacrafice hygene and your dignity to get the shot... stay strong Jez, 2 more days and you can shower again :)))
