Well that was along day ........ I got up at 5-30 AM......... had to have what had to be a cold shower....... Matt that place violated our minimum standards........ nice clean bed nice shower with HOT water and wifi ........ ideally room on the ground floor car parked right outside the room door ...... I kid you not...... mostly I prefer to stay in dodgy motels cos at the end of the day when I'm ready to drop......... I don't have to get all the kit down long corridors ........ just out of the trunk into the room.......... last nights place was fine ........ car right outside the door....... it had wifi........ all was good until I discovered the wifi only worked with PC's and I got up early to discover no hot water.......... man!!!!! I hate that.

I was ready for the coast Guards flight over the oil slick at 8AM having driven 60 miles already ........ we all got on the plane ............ but then it was delayed due to storm fronts associated with hurricane Alex.......... we waited till 11AM then they cancelled the attempt......... so we left. Then they rang to say it would after all be going at 1PM....... we got there and waited........ by 3PM it was cancelled again.

In the end I did other oil related things.............. shooting till the last drop of light was gone......... now its 1AM ......... I've just completed the 3 hour drive back here.......... I am tired.............. gotta kip..........
