I was listening to the BBC World Service at 2AM here in London ......... as you do........ well as you do if you are me at least .......... I heard the people of Belize are battening down the hatches and evacuating out lying islands....... as they are expecting to be hit shortly by Hurricane Richard. They are expecting a full on strike by the category one hurricane pretty close to Belize City the biggest population center in Belize. Thats also pretty close to our great friend Dax and all his crew at the Maya Breeze Inn and Resort Placencia ........ I hope they all weather it out OK without harm to them or their lovely place......... I shot this from an aircraft last time we were down there in rainy season.......... We had some mega storms (no hurricanes) and also fantastic weather too....... It is crazy down there....... Dax and V were fantastic hosts....... I seriously hope they are all OK........ good Luck guys thinking of you wishing you well from half way round the world on a quiet night in London :-)
